Ingredients
- ¼ pounds Ground Beef (85% Or Less Fat)
- 1 dash(es) Salt & Pepper
- 1 pinch(es) Garlic Powder
- 1 pinch(es) Onion Powder
- 1 pinch(es) Ground Coffee
- 1 pinch(es) Raw Sugar Or Brown Sugar
- 1 dash(es) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 slice Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Pesto
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 slice Low Carb Pita Bread
- ¼ cups Arugula
Preparation Instructions
In a mortar & pestle, grind salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, coffee, onion powder. Mix seasoning in with ground beef with a dash of extra virgin olive oil. In grill pan, cook hamburger to your desire. My preference is medium rare. Add cheese.
Blend pesto and mayo and spread inside pita. Place cheeseburger inside and top with arugula and serve!
